- Regular rate of support provided outside of a Technical Support Package is $150/hour.
- Service Contracts are applicable Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm EST.
- Our service call turnaround time is 24-hours for requests made via email/web/phone/fax.
- We also offer scheduled after-hours and emergency service.
- All services are F.O.B. Lynch Technologies Inc. head office unless explicitly stated otherwise.
